The current standardized "accessible sinks" in public places are not designed for someone who is sitting down in a wheelchair. Although there is space under them for the chair to pull up, the faucet handles and faucet are so far back, that most wheelchair users cannot reach them. There should be sinks with the faucet and controls (and soap dispenser) in the front so the user can reach them. Also, towels and/or hand dryers should be low enough to reach them if you are sitting in a wheelchair.
