did you know there only 3 college's in USA that are truly handicap accessible? when entered college I thought all colleges prob way better than my high school and they are in way of teachers but accessibility? no! I'm a junior and since I start here I'm the one who got the college to make ramps to get to building b4 there were no cutout ramps no nothing there only 2 dorms I get to choose from while other girls have 4... I tell disability office but they say they don't have funds/budget cause all the money just goes in one fund for whole college how is this fair?? I think there should be a fund for just improving schools accessibility I know I'm prob not only one with this problem in country or even the world... so please vote for this maybe this can help us take a step forward :D

Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada, has 24/7 attendant care services for students with physical disabilities--an amazing program!

that's great I would not need attendant but (I know that help others) it awesome they do that I just wish my school be more wheelchair friendly as most campus aren't very accessible to us I always got find the one way to a building that I can go because there is only one way because curbs then have to find where the accessible doorway is and sometimes there isn't one and all my problem because our college doesn't have funds or flaw in designs
